What is SwenPerks?
SwenPerks is our rewards program that lets you earn points on every qualifying purchase to redeem for free food. Plus, members gain access to exclusive offers and deals just for signing up!
How do I join?
Joining is easy, and free.
Sign up online or through our app, create an account and you’re officially in. You’ll start earning rewards immediately.
Does it cost anything to join?
Nope! SwenPerks is completely free and is our way of rewarding our Guests.
How do I earn points?
Earn points every time you make a qualifying purchase. Just make sure you’re logged into your account during online or in-app checkout, or share your phone number with your Curb Server when ordering on-lot. Catering and gift card purchases/reloads do not qualify.

How many points do I earn?
For every $1 spent on qualifying purchases, you’ll earn 5 points.
What can I redeem my points for?
You can choose to bank your points or redeem points for awesome free food items when you reach one of our tier thresholds. Plus, you’ll get free regular tots just for signing up and a special treat on your birthday!
Do my points expire?
No, your points do not expire. Welcome Offer expires after 30-days and Birthday Offer expires within 30 days. Other rewards and offers’ expiration rules may vary. Sign in to your SwenPerks account to view more details.
How do I redeem rewards?
Only fully registered members will be able to redeem points. When placing an order online or through the mobile app, simply log into your account, add the items to your cart and choose an available reward to redeem during checkout. Or, provide your phone number to your Curb Sever when ordering on-lot. Corresponding points will be removed from your account.

Can I use multiple rewards at one time?
No, you can only use one reward or discount per order, but you can accumulate multiple rewards for later use.
Can I earn points on third-party delivery orders?
Points are only earned on orders placed directly through Swensons online ordering site, mobile app or at any of our Stands.
Third-party does not qualify.
I forgot to provide my rewards during checkout – can I get points later?
You can submit a qualifying receipt to add points to your account. Simply log-in to your account and click “Add Points”, select “Order Number” and enter the details from your receipt to earn points on your transaction.
Is there a birthday reward?
Yes! Members receive a special birthday reward – just make sure you’ve registered your account and your birthday is added to your profile.

Does SwenPerks work at all locations?
SwenPerks is available for online or in-app orders and at all of our locations across Ohio, excluding concession Stands located inside ScottsMiracle-Gro Field and Rocket Arena. For a list of drive-in and digital kitchen locations, please visit the Swensons Drive-In locations page.
Will you be calling or texting me after I enter my phone number?
Your phone number is only used to track your reward points. If you’ve opted in to receive SMS, you may receive messages regarding your reward status and exclusive offers and promotions. We will never contact you without your permission.
